Charge on Your Statement

What you'll see

When you order from CartClick, the charge on your credit card or bank statement will appear as CARTCLICK (sometimes with a 4-digit identifier appended, e.g. CARTCLICK*0421).

That is us. Your order confirmation email — sent to the address you entered at checkout — has the same order number you'll see on your statement.

If you don't recognize a CARTCLICK charge

  1. Search your email inbox (including spam) for CartClick or the order date. Most charges are explained by an order from you or someone in your household.
  2. If you still can't place it, email info@cartclick.co with the date and amount of the charge. We will identify it within one business day.
  3. Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We resolve nearly every issue directly, much faster than your bank can.
